Now I know that the title says … Roanoke Senior, but it’s more like college freshman. Not only does Miss S have the look, but she has the smarts to go with it. As a senior at Roanoke High School, Krista wanted to get a head start on her college career. You may remember her from our session last spring, but if not, let’s get you caught up on this rockin gal!
So like I said, she’s already taking college classes at ICC and should have a few credit hours already nailed down BEFORE she even finishes high school. (Totally wish I would have done that!) She also is the reigning Miss Marshall-Putnam County Fair Queen, which I don’t know about you, but that is pretty flippin awesome! This was her first year in the pageant and of course it was obvious she was going to win.
So let’s set up the photo shoot for you. We started at Roanoke Park around 6 and cranked out some sweet shots on a bridge. (I’ll describe those below). We ended up in Eureka near my parents farm and caught an early sunset. Unfortunately the sun went down a little too fast, but that was no matter. I busted out some off camera lighting, strapped on the transceivers and BOOM we’re back in business. I love off camera lighting. It’s fashionable and reminds me of magazine shoots. A different style from natural lighting but Krista can still ROCK IT!

Shoes! Why are they in here? Krista looked amazing in the black and white dress, but these pink heels really set off the outfit. I had to get a shot of them by themselves.
