Grant-Hammel Wedding

It wasn’t too long ago when I had my own wedding out at Kickapoo Creek Winery. Mr. & Mrs. David Schertz was pronounced then. This time around, I’m the photographer and what a great venue for another wedding. Mitch Hammel and Casey Grant said their I do’s just a few days ago. We were a little worried about the rain earlier in the week, but tried to think happy thoughts. I think those happy thoughts paid off because we only had a few little drops of rain the whole day. By the time the ceremony came around, you couldn’t even tell it had sprinkled there.

What a great couple, bridal party, and family. The wedding party was a blast to hang out with the whole day. I’m a pretty laid back photographer and I like when my clients are able to relax. It allows me to photograph the real people they. This was not only the case for the bridal party, but the whole family. I even got Ma and Pa to laugh a little bit (Next time I’ll be sure to say “three” and remind Pa to button the top button earlier)Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Mitch Hammel on your special day.
